Egypt’s stat-run El Shams for Housing and Development Company says it plans to carry out a new residential flagship in Sixth of October City, on the outskirts of Cairo, within the upcoming two weeks.
The project will be executed in partnership with one of the real estate developers and will include 21 residential buildings over 13,000 square metres, El Shams’ chairman Mahmoud Maghawry said Saturday.
“The company restored 44 feddans in Sixth of October City during the last period,” Maghawry further stated, adding that they are to be developed through establishing a number of standalone residential buildings.
El Shams Housing was established 1946 with the purpose of leasing properties in Cairo and Alexandria and later on expanding its activities in real estates and urban development.
