Egypt’s Enppi, San Misr sign training agreement

Egypt’s Enppi signed a cooperation protocol with San Misr to strengthen training services on the sidelines of The Egypt Energy Show (EGYPES 2025), according to a statement from the Ministry of Petroleum on Tuesday.

The agreement aims to assess and analyze the training needs of San Misr employees across all departments, developing and implementing an annual training plan.

As part of the collaboration, Enppi will conduct personality assessments and job competency evaluations, providing detailed reports for each employee.

By identifying development opportunities and enhancing learning and talent management, the partnership seeks to boost workforce capabilities and advance human resources within Egypt’s petroleum and mineral wealth sector.
