Egypt’s Finance Min. updates citizen contact channels
Egypt’s Ministry of Finance has announced updated communication channels for citizens to submit inquiries and complaints through its General Administration for Citizen Services, according to its statement on Wednesday.
The ministry highlighted the availability of multiple platforms for the public to reach out, including a dedicated hotline (16408), fax number (0223423180), and an official email address shakawy.mof@gmail.com.
Citizens can also submit their concerns via the ministry’s website at https://mof.gov.eg/ar/contactus, or through the Cabinet’s Unified Government Complaints Portal at https://www.shakwa.eg.
The Ministry of Finance reaffirmed its commitment to addressing citizen feedback swiftly and effectively, adding that its internal staff can also submit complaints and inquiries through the same platforms.
