Egypt’s Ministry of Finance has announced that it has sold today EGP 6.5 billion worth of treasury bills with 182-and 364-day maturities.
The Ministry further said the first offering 182-day t-bills are worth EGP 2.5 billion, as it has been covered 2 times recording an average interest rate of 11.107%, while the highest is 11.199% and the lowest is 11.001%.
For the second offering, the 364-day treasury bills were at value of EGP 4 billion, it has been covered 3 times, registering an average interest rate of 11.294%, while the highest is 11.33% and the lowest is 11.2%.
