Egypt’s gold exports jump 132% in three months – c.bank

Egypt’s gold exports jumped 132 percent in the second quarter of the current financial year compared to the first quarter, data from the central bank showed on Monday.

The Central Bank of Egypt said the country exported gold worth $328 million in the October-December 2018 period, compared to $141.3 million in the July-September 2018 period.
