Egypt’s Hassan Allam establishes two $180 mn above-middle income housing projects

Egypt-based Nasr General Contracting Co. – Hassan Allam is currently implementing above-middle income housing projects with total cost of 1.6 billion Egyptian pounds (US$180 million), managing director for technical affairs and execution said Tuesday.

Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad, Madiha Reda, said that the two projects would be established in Shorouk City, located at the northeast of Cairo, and in Masaken Sheraton, located near to Cairo International Airport.

The projects are set to be finished in no more than one year, they include 170 villas available with various spaces and 190 completely finished housing units.

The company is planning to double its volume of business in real estate investment projects during the upcoming phase.
