Egypt’s Heliopolis Housing postpones land auction to 31 March

Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development postponed the sealed-envelope auction to sell two lands plots dedicated for residential use in New Heliopolis City to 31 March.

The company received three offers on Sunday, 28 February, for the land plots, but bidders requested more time for further consideration, according to bourse disclosure on Monday.

Earlier, the company announced the launch of an auction to sell two vacant land plots over an area of 270 feddans in New Heliopolis City.
