Egypt’s Heliopolis Housing to launch 50 feddans for sale in El Shorouk City

Egypt’s state-owned Heliopolis Co. for Housing and Development plans to offer 50 feddans for sale in El Shorouk city, said a senior official from the company on Tuesday.

The company will offer the terms and conditions booklet for the 50-feddan land plots starting from Wednesday, 16 October, Mahmoud Abdel Baset, advisor to the firm’s chairman, further told Mubasher.

Earlier in October, Heliopolis Housing announced its intent to sell a number of land plots in El Shorouk city in a sealed-bid public auction on 29 October.
