Egypt’s Ministry of Higher Education and South African Regent Business School have signed Saturday an agreement to establish an international university in Egypt during Africa 2017 Forum.
Egypt’s Investment Minister Sahar Nasr and Higher Education Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar witnessed the signing ceremony of the agreement.
The conference takes place from 7-9 December 2017 in the Red Sea resort of Sharm El-Sheikh, under the auspices of President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi.
During Africa 2017 Forum, Nasr said that the deal focuses on building the university through the private sector, whereas Regent Business School is one of the most important 50 universities in the world.
Khaled Abdel Ghaffar added that the Higher Education Ministry seeks to team up with the private sector to establish more universities and schools through these agreements.
