Egypt’s Ministry of Housing has finished Wednesday the implementation of 13,104 housing units in New Borg El Arab City, Alexandria, as part of the country’s social housing project.
The Egyptian ministry has also completed utilities and electricity works for the units.
Meanwhile, the government is currently executing 288 other housing units as well as a road network.
The ministry is also carrying out more 624 housing units and an administrative commercial mall in Dar Misr, the state middle-income housing project.
Amer Ghannam, Head of New Borg El Arab City Authority, said Wednesday that the authority has established a big number of services buildings; a school at the seventh district in New Borg El Arab City.
The authority also building another school in the third district as well as three markets in the second and third districts, Ghannam added.
