Egypt’s Housing Min. follows up on utility projects in New Obour
Egypt’s Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny has reviewed periodical reports on execution progress of infrastructure and utility projects in New Obour City and its newly added zones, according to a statement released by the Cabinet on Tuesday.
The projects cover the construction of drinking-water and wastewater lines, power networks and a key electricity substation. The works aim to accelerate development in new urban communities, meet housing demand and enhance investment opportunities.
El-Sherbiny stressed the importance of conducting regular field follow-ups on new city projects and ensuring the timely delivery of land plots.
