Egypt’s Housing Min. reviews real estate sales with Torec Developments
Egypt’s Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny met with officials from Torec Developments to review the company’s sales performance and marketing plans, according to a statement by the ministry.
El-Sherbiny emphasised the ministry’s interest in regularly reviewing the status of private-sector developers involved in urban development, particularly their marketing and sales performance over recent periods.
The discussion covered the progress of residential, administrative, and commercial units under the partnership model in Sheikh Zayed City, as well as updates on projects in New Alamein, Marina, New Cairo, and 6th of October City.
El-Sherbiny directed the company and relevant authorities to intensify promotional campaigns to boost sales performance and maximise the return on these strategic urban development projects.
