Egypt’s HPEC Listens to National Anthem Ahead of Vote Results

Ahead of announcing the runoff results on Sunday, the Higher Presidential Election Commission (HPEC) listens to the national anthem. Counselor Farouk Sultan, HPEC chairman, then began to announce the results of the appeals each candidate had lodged. Sultan has announced MB candidate Mohamed Morsi’s victory.
