Egypt to Organise Conference for Key African IT Firms by November

Egyptian Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Ministry is planning to hold an international conference, which would invite major African IT firms next November 3-5.

Egyptian Minister Atef Helmy said the conference comes among IT industry’s efforts to increase presence and businesses in Africa.

The last phase witnessed great developments in the institutions’ role to develop the industry, the Minister said in press conference.

Each institution focuses on specified programme for developing IT depending on computers division programmes, noting that IT Chamber concentrates on supporting small and medium enterprises.
