Egypt’s Industrial Development Association (IDA) is planning to offer investors 17 million square metres of lands and 12 industrial complexes this year, vice chairman Magdy Ghazy said Wednesday.
Ghazi made his remarks during the second day at Builders of Egypt Forum, which takes place in Cairo.
“The new tenders are part of the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s strategy to launch more lands before investors in the coming period,” Ghazi noted.
The Egyptian official further clarified that these lands would be in the 10th of Ramadan, Obour, Badr, Sadat, and Port Said cities.
