Egypt’s Juhayna posts $28.44mln consolidated profits in 9M-23

Egypt’s Juhayna Food Industries posted consolidated net profits of 878.93 million Egyptian pounds in the first nine months (9M) of 2023.

According to the company, the profits went up year-on-year (YoY) from 474.08 million pounds, including minority interest.

The revenues soared to 11.65 billion pounds in 9M-23, up from 8.16 billion pounds in 9M-22, according to the consolidated financial statements.

Earnings per share (EPS) climbed to 0.93 pounds in the aforementioned period of 2023, up YoY from 0.50 pounds the year before.

Total assets rose to reach 7.72 billion pounds in 9M-23, up from 6.36 billion pounds as of December 31, 2022.
