Egypt’s Madinet Nasr Housing posts $306.3mn contractual sales in 2018

Egypt’s Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development said on Wednesday it has achieved contractual sales estimated at 5.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($306.3 million) during 2018.

The state-run firm also posted sales worth 2.6 billion pounds from its project Taj City and 2.3 billion pounds from Sarai last year. The two residential flagships are located in New Cairo.

During the first nine months of 2018, Madinet Nasr’s profits rose 15 percent to 869.07 million pounds from 757.14 during the same period in 2017.
