Egypt’s Marseilia targets sales of 3 bln pounds in 2019
Egypt’s Marseilia for Real Estate Investment is expected to achieve 3 billion pounds from sales through several of its projects within the next year, said its chairman Sherif Heliw on Tuesday..
Marseilia has already pumped 800 million pounds in investments in 2018, the top official told Mubasher exclusively, noting that his company logged 1 billion pounds in sales thus far in the year.
Marseilia is currently working on acquiring three land plots in 2019 in order to implement a 120-acre project in Egypt’s North Coast, Heliw further revealed.
The group is also looking to get a 15,000-metre plot in Alexandria and another covering 40,000-acre in Cairo, the chairman added.
Marseilia is also in talks over a plot in the country’s New Administrative Capital, Heliw concluded.
