Egypt’s Ministry to Roll out 20.000 Housing Units by January

Egyptian Housing Minister Mostafa Madbouly said it will be rolled out 20.000 housing units in social housing project by next January in 24 governorates.

The Ministry is aiming to finalise the implementation of 230.000 residential units by the end of the next year, Madbouly added.

It is schedule to hold the first meeting of board of social housing fund management in the current week according to Social Housing Law Number 33 of 2014, noting that any social housing budget will enter immediately into the fund and within 3 years it will be social housing projects for middle-income category.
