Egypt’s NILEX: BIG’s Rights Issue Tops Volumes Traded in July
In July, the Rights Issue of BIG Trade and Investment S.A.E. topped the volumes of trading of the most active firms listed in the Egyptian bourse of SMEs (NILEX). It scored a volume of trades amounting to 7.764 million securities worth EGP 1.8 million.
BIG Trade and Investment (BIGP on EGX) ranked second as its volume of trades hit 2.748 million securities worth EGP 4.374 million.
During July, the Nile Stock Exchange – NILEX reported a volume of trades of 15.7 million securities worth turnovers of EGP 24.4 million exchanged through 5123 transactions.
Coming third in the list, Marseille Almasreia Alkhalegeya for Holding Investment (MAAL.CA on EGX) registered a volume of trades of 1.684 million securities worth EGP 3.793 million.
Fourthly, Univert for Food Industries (UNFO.CA on EGX) recorded a volume of trades reached 785.4 thousand securities worth EGP 1.1 million.
Fifthly, Egyptian Modern Education Systems (MOED.CA on EGX) obtained a volume of trades amounting to 746 thousand securities worth EGP 5.984 million.
Al-Moasher for Programming & Information Dissemination (AMPI.CA on EGX) came sixth reporting a volume of trades of 508.2 thousand securities worth EGP 492 thousand.
International Dry Ice Company International Dry Ice Company’s (DIFC.CA on EGX) was on the seventh position having a volume of trades of 354 thousand securities worth EGP 1.164 million.
Eighthly, the International Fertilizers and Chemicals (ICFC.CA on EGX) registered a volume of trades of 314.4 thousand securities worth EGP 2.31 million.
Coming ninth on the list, the International Company For medical Industries – ICMI S.A.E. (ICMI.CA on EGX) recorded a volume of trades of 264 thousand securities worth 1.14 million.

At the bottom of the list, AMICO Medical Industries (AMECO.CA on EGX) came thirteenth getting a volume of trades of 1.6 thousand securities worth EGP 20.7 thousand.
