Egypt’s NUCA expands e-platform to 56 services

Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has updated its online citizen services platform by adding public shop licensing, bringing the total number of services to 56, as per a Cabinet statement on Monday.

Citizens can now access services digitally without visiting service centres. The platform offers e-payment options via Fawry or Visa, with ongoing efforts to fully digitise all services available at new city agencies.
