247 firms have submitted theirs bids in just four days to obtain a number of services and investment land plots in 23 new cities, said Egypt’s Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouly.
These lands were launched by the county’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) on various spaces ranging between 252 square metres and 113,400 square metres, Madbouly further said on Wednesday.
The land plots are located in Badr, El Sherouk, Obour, Sixth of October, New Cairo, New Fayoum, New Sohag, New Assuit, and New Damietta cities, said Walid Abbas, Assistant Housing Minister at NUCA.
The 23 cities also include Alexandria’s New Borg El Arab, Sharqia’s El Salheya El Gedida, Sohag’s New Akhmem, New Qena, New Minya, New Beni Suef, 10th of Ramadan, and 15 May, Abbas added.
