Egypt’s Ora Developers to execute PPP flagship in North Coast – Sawiris

Egypt’s Ora Developers said it signed a contract with the country’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA ) to get 400 feddans to execute a public-private partnership (PPP) project in North Coast.

The housing and touristic project will be implemented within a timeframe of 18 months, Ora’s chief executive and chairman Naguib Sawiris announced on Tuesday.

The company is currently negotiating to obtain new 200 feddans in North Coast resort in order to carry out another fully-fledged flagship there, Sawiris added.
