Egypt’s Palm Hills sales rise by 100% to EGP35bln in 9 months

Egypt’s Palm Hills Development sales rose by 100 percent during the first nine month of 2023 to reach around 35 billion Egyptian pounds, the company said on Wednesday.

During the same period last year, the company recorded sales of 17.5 billion pounds. According to the company’s statement, sales this year surpassed the expected number.

Palm Hills announced that it acquired 374 acres of land in the 6th of October city from the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), with estimated sales worth 85 billion pounds.
