Egypt’s Ministry of Petroleum said on Monday that the local market has sufficient gas cylinders, denying reports of shortages in some areas.
The ministry monitors petroleum product supplies around the clock through its operations rooms, the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), and distribution companies to ensure demand is met.
All governorates are receiving their full quotas, with additional cylinders provided to cover seasonal demand and increased consumption during Ramadan, the ministry added. Gas cylinder filling factories and distribution warehouses are operating normally, while transportation to filling plants and delivery to consumer outlets continues uninterrupted.
