Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly inaugurated on Thursday the 700-million-Egyptian-pound Alexandria Insulated Panels Company (Alex Panel) in the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone).
Alex Panel, a leading manufacturer of insulation panels in Egypt and the Middle East, spans 31,336 square metres. The factory has an annual production capacity of one million square metres of polyurethane panels and 1.1 million square metres of rock wool panels, providing 120 job opportunities.
Following the inauguration, the Prime Minister was briefed by Magdy Hosni, Chairman of Alex Panel, on the project’s operations and contributions to several national initiatives.
