Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly accompanied by Minister of Local Development Manal Awad and Deputy Governor of Giza Ibrahim El-Shehaby, reviewed the latest developments in the Kamal Amer Axis extension project, according to a Cabinet statement on Thursday.
The discussions focused on monitoring and enhancing state infrastructure projects to support development goals and key sectors, said Cabinet Spokesperson Mohamed El-Homsany. Officials also reviewed the executive progress of the July 3 extension project, its alignment with the Kamal Amer Axis, and the status of compensation for eligible individuals.
Spanning 17 kilometres, the Kamal Amer Axis extension connects the Ring Road to the Middle Ring Road, enhancing connectivity and urban mobility. Madbouly stressed the urgency of expediting compensation payments to those affected by the project, reinforcing the government’s commitment to fair and efficient implementation.
