Egypt’s Polaris International for Industrial Parks says it plans to develop 60 industrial units over 50,000 metre square in Bosla, a complex for small and medium-sized businesses in Sixth of October City during 2020, according to Deputy General Manager at Polaris Parks.
PZIP is a joint venture between Polaris International Industrial Parks, which is a Turkish-Egyptian shareholder structure and Zamil-Holding, a global investment firm based in Saudi Arabia.
“We had delivered the first and second phases of the project (Bosla complex), including 56 factories during 2019″ vice chairman Basel Shoeira told Amwal Al Ghad.
He added that the industrial units’ spaces range between 500 square metres and 700 square metres.
He further noted that the complex has attracted Food, pharmaceutical and textile industries.
Shoeira added that the project is with total investments of 900 million Egyptian pounds over four phases.
