Egypt’s Polaris International for Industrial Parks has announced its success in attracting investments of 25 billion Egyptian pounds ($1.3 billion) in the company’s investments portfolio.
The company’s investments portfolio is consisted of 6 projects with total area of 10 million metre square and direct investments of 3.5 billion pounds.
Basel Shoeira Vice Chairman of Polaris International Industrial Parks said that his company is currently working on three main projects mainly Polaris Suez Canal project on an area of 5.5 million metre square and Polaris Sadat City to establish an industrial zone on an area of 1.4 million metre square.
In addition, the company established BOSLA SME’s complex in Beni Suef on an area of 300.000 metre square including 300 industrial units for SMEs.
PZIP Company is a joint venture between Polaris International Industrial Parks which is a Turkish-Egyptian shareholder structure and Zamil-Holding which is a global investment company based in Saudi Arabia.
