Egypt’s pound weakens to EGP 100 to Kuwaiti dollar at opening
Egypt’s pound currency fell to surpass EGP 100 against the Kuwaiti dinar for selling at some banks during early trade on Monday.
At the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), the pound dropped to EGP 96.24 against the U.S. dollar for buying and EGP 100 for selling. At Banque Misr, the dinar recorded EGP 96.24 for buying and EGP 100 for selling against the pound.
Meanwhile, the pound stood at EGP 96.73 for buying and EGP 100.32 for selling against the Kuwaiti currency at the Commercial International Bank (CIB Egypt).
At QNB ALAHLI, the dinar rose to EGP 95.38 for buying and EGP 100.3 for selling against the pound.
At Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB Egypt), the pound reached EGP 97.52 for buying and EGP 100.3 for selling against the dinar.
