Egypt’s President Sisi visits Qatar Today

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi heads for Qatar on Tuesday for two days official visit.

President’s Sisi visit to Qatar is his first visit since he became President of Egypt.

This visit comes in response to an invitation from Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The visit comes within the framework of continue consultations between the two countries over the past period to improve bilateral cooperation, according to Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi.

Bassa, Radi added that during this visit, President Sisi is scheduled to meet with the Qatari emir for talks on the important aspects of ties of the two countries.

They are going to discuss a host of regional and international issues of mutual interest, a matter which requires rallying efforts in order to maintain the Arab national security.
