Egypt’s Al Ahly for Real Estate Development Company says it plans to execute a touristic and housing flagship in El-Dabaa city, 183.9 miles (295.9 km) from Cairo on the north coast.
Hussein Sabbour, Al Ahly’s chairman, told Amwal al Ghad on Tuesday that the project will be established over 300 feddans, in partnership with one of the investors who own the land plot.
“The company will be responsible for developing the flagship,” Sabbour further stated, adding that it is preparing the engineering designs.
