Egypt’s property firm B2B to promote Master Sidi Abd El Rahman-North Coast

Egypt-based Business to Business for Investment and Real Estate Marketing –B2B has signed an agreement to exclusively promote Master Sidi Abd El Rahman- North, its CEO Nehad Adel said Tuesday.

The project is on an area of 20 feddans with 1000 residential units, expected to be completely promoted by the end of 2016. In addition the company has already promoted 294 units and is currently in the process of promoting 706 units of the project.

B2B has made contractual sales of 10 billion Egyptian pounds on behalf of large real estate investments companies during the previous summer which reflects the strength of the tourist investments market.

Adel is anticipating a strong contractual sales activity during 2016 with an increase of 20 percent in comparison to a year earlier.

B2B is a full service commercial and residential Real Estate firm servicing developers, owners, tenants and investors throughout Egypt. In addition, the company’s portfolio includes 50 projects owned by 35 real estate investments corporations.
