Egypt’s Pyramid Poultry expects Cairo listing next year

Egypt’s Pyramid Poultry Company expects listing some of its shares on the country’s stock exchange (EGX) within 2022, its chief executive said on Sunday.

“For being one of the financing tools, the company is studying the listing move, which is expected to take place within 2022,” Anwar El Abd said in an interview with Amwal Al Ghad.

Pyramid Poultry also plans to implement a new project within next year with investments worth up to 250 million Egyptian pounds ($16 million), El Abd said. He referred to the company’s target sales of 3 billion pounds within 2022.
