Egypt’s Redcon to deliver SODIC residential flagship in September, October
Egypt’s Redcon Construction said on Wednesday it would deliver a residential project, owned by the real estate developer SODIC, within next September and October.
The project is at a total cost of around 400 million Egyptian pounds ($24.1 million), Redcon’s chief executive Hossam Nassar said.
“We (Redcon) are seeking to increase our contracts with the real estate companies within the upcoming period,” Nassar said.
Also, Redcon is preparing to hand over new residential villas in favour of Emaar Misr, the Egyptian unit of UAE property conglomerate Emaar Properties, at the end of next September, Nassar added.
