Egypt’s Royal Developments launches Monark project

Egypt’s Royal Developments launched Monark residential project with an area of 40 acres in Mostakbal City, East Cairo, said the company’s CEO Karim Shaalan.

Shaalan said that the project consists of 1,200 apartments, villas, and a mall. The project has a development cost of six billion Egyptian pounds ($194 million).

According to Shaalan, YBA is the main project consultant, and that the project will be completed in four phases.

The company is targeting West Cairo and the North Coast for new projects, Shaalan added without specifying the projects.
