Egypt’s RTVC, Emaar Alex partner in North Coast project

Egypt’s Remco for Tourism Villages Construction (RTVC) signed an agreement with the real estate developer Emaar Alex to make a project in the North Coast, the company announced on Sunday.

The project will be a 1 billion Egyptian pound project in Al Alamein’s Sidi Abdel Rahman as it is expected to be completed within a period time of three years.

It is set to have an area of 29.4 acres and total sales of 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds, and it will be self-financed by Remco.
