Egypt’s Saib bank earns EGP 603.1mln profits during H1 of 2023

Egypt’s Saib bank achieved a net profit after tax of 374.934 million Egyptian pounds by the end of June 2023, compared to 300.939 million pounds by the end of June last year, recording an increase of 25 percent.

The bank’s pre-tax profit of 603.169 million pounds by the end of June, compared to 458.074 million pounds by the end of June 2022, achieving a 32 percent growth, according to a report published on Wednesday.

The interest income reached about 5.762 billion pounds by the end of the first half of 2023, compared with 3.472 billion pounds by the end of June 2022, an increase of 66 percent, the report showed.
