Egypt’s Sharm El Shaikh hosts 33 countries in 5th Sharm Rendezvous insurance forum
Sharm El Shaikh city hosts the 5th edition of Sharm Rendezvous insurance forum, with the participance of 950 experts, from 33 different countries. The forum takes place from 17th to 19th September.
Under the theme: “insurance industry: stepping forward facing obstacles”, The forum will tackle topics of key concern to the insurance industry in Egypt such as medical insurance, Egypt’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Law, climate change and natural disasters. in the presence of giant insurance companies such as the Hanover Insurance Group and Scor Se.
The forum serves as platform for sharing experience between local and global insurance companies, with the participance of world’s largest insurance companies such as Hanover Insurance Group and Scor Se, local press said quoting Chairperson of the Insurance Federation of Egypt (IFE), Alaa El-Zoheiry.
Egypt records the third in insurance growth sector among its African counterparts, El-Zohairy pointed out.
