Egypt’s SODIC H1 profit climbs 15.5%

Egypt’s property developer SODIC reported on Sunday a 15.5 percent year-on-year growth in profit for the first half of the year.

Net profit through January to June 2023 stood at 341.714 million Egyptian pounds ($11.1 million) compared with 295.711 million pounds for the same period last year, the company said in a bourse filling.

Total revenues from operations surged to 2.915 billion pounds at the end of June 2023 from 2.730 billion pounds a year ago.
