Egypt’s Suez Canal revenues surge 11.2% y-o-y from Jan 20-Aug 20: official

The revenues from Egypt’s Suez Canal grew 11.2 percent year-on-year to $3.88 billion from January 20 to August 20, the canal’s authority chairman Osama Rabie told local channel on Sunday.

Last year, revenues stood at $3.49 billion in the January 20 – August 20, 2020 period.
