Egypt’s Supply Ministry probes collaboration with Arctic Paper

Egypt’s Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade is advancing discussions with Sweden’s Arctic Paper to enhance industrial cooperation. The discussions, on Tuesday, focused on partnership prospects between Egypt’s Sugar and Food Industries Company, a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Food Industries  (HCFI), and Artic Paper. Key areas of interest included ethanol, bagasse, pulp, and paper manufacturing. The parties also deliberated on joint projects to improve productivity to meet local market demands and expand export opportunities to global markets.

This initiative underscores the ministry’s dedication to fostering partnerships between local and international entities to drive industrial growth and bolster Egypt’s global economic presence.
