Egypt’s Tatweer Misr says launched new project in Ain Sokhna

Egypt’s property developer, Tatweer Misr said on Wednesday it has launched its flagship – Phia – in Ain Sokhna, with investments exceeding 1 billion Egyptian pounds ($62.1 million).

Spanning over 16 feddans, Phia is part of the company’s IL Monte Gala flagship in Ain Sokhna.

IL Monte Galala encompasses 8,000 housing units and hotel apartments on a space of 2.2 million square metres.

Phia will include 237 hotel units and 267 fully-furnished housing units, besides 438 chalets with spaces ranging between 80 square metres and 145 square metres as well as 6 villas.
