Alexandria Chamber of Commerce is launching today eight new development projects with EGP 260 million funded by the European Union (EU) under the European participation and Mediterranean countries.
Mr. Ahmed Al-Wakeel, Chairman of the Egyptian Federation of Chambers of Commerce, has asserted that these projects include the development of food industry, textile, tourism , solar energy, the environment and education sectors.
Al-Wakeel has indicated that these new projects are integrated with what has been achieved over the past two years, throughout the investment program in ‘EU Invest-in-Med’, where many industry, trade, tourism, transport, agriculture sectors, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and new and renewable energy.
