Egypt’s El Batal Group for Housing and Development says it targets sales of 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($84.8 million) from its housing flagship Rock Eden Compound in Sixth of October City.
Rock Ede is part of the company’s Rock various projects, which are being launched in some areas in Fifth Settlement and Sixth of October City.
Walaa Elaal, El Batal’s Senior Brand Manager, said Sunday that Rock Eden, one of the company’s giant flagships, is built on 34 feddans.
Rock Eden includes 1,000 housing units and 400 villas as well as a fully-integrated commercial area, Elaal stated, adding that the two-phase compound will be completely delivered within 2020.
