El Batal eyes EGP 2.2bn contractual sales from two projects next year

Egypt’s El Batal Group for Housing and Development says it targets contractual sales up to 2.2 billion Egyptian pounds ($122.8 million) from its two projects at the end of 2019.

The company is promoting its first flagship Rock Vera in Fifth Settlement district, New Cairo, its marketing and business development manager Walaa Elaal said on Thursday.

“We are marketing Rock Eden Compound in Sixth of October City,” Elaal said. The second residential project is built on a space of 34 feddans in four construction phases.

El Batal Group is seeking to deliver the two projects within 2121, he said.
