Elbeheira Receives EGP436 mln New Investments In 2012

The number of the new projects that had gotten operating license from the ministry of industry in Elbeheira is 40 ones, with EGP 436 million investing cost in 2012.

The projects specialized in different productive sectors; like textile, food industries and agriculture; and the annual production value of these factories reaches EGP 680 million, besides providing 1370 direct job opportunities.

Mr. Fathy Morsi, Chairman of Elbeheira Investors Association, has asserted to Amwal Al Ghad that Elbeheira will witness an investment rebound in the coming period through reviving the new industrial zones, allocating lands in Wadi El Natrun, in addition to operating the malls, with EGP 140 million.

Morsi called for finishing the final agreements concern the investment activity, affirming that the governmental routine and the high level of bureaucracy are the main factors of delaying work in the new mall.
