Elite Home Real Estate to deliver 5 projects in New Cairo before year-end

Egypt’s Elite Home Real Estate Developer is planning to deliver five projects in New Cairo before the end of this year, its general manger said on Saturday.

The five projects are with investments estimated at 100 million Egyptian pounds ($6.2 million), Mohamed Abdel Rahman added.

The works will include a number of buildings, units, and standalone villas on spaces ranging between 600 square metres and 1,000 square metres, he said.

The units are with spaces varying between 200 square metres and 350 square metres, Abdel Rahman added.
