Egypt’s Elite Real Estate Consultancy Company says it has launched its medical and commercial project The Core in New Cairo by early February 2018, with target sales of around 130 million Egyptian pounds ($7.3 million).
The company has marketed about five percent of the project, said its managing director Ali Gaber on Sunday, adding that it is established over 1,700 square metres, on a lease space of 4,000 square metres.
“We are currently executing the finishing works,” Gaber told Amwal Al Ghad.
Moreover, the Egyptian official referred that Elite seeks to carry out a new residential and commercial flagship in the county’s new administrative capital, 40km to the east of Cairo, over 14 faddans, with initial investments totalling one billion pounds.
“It (the new capital’s flagship) is planned to be promoted in three phases within the second quarter of this year,” Gaber said.
