Emaar Misr’s total sales volume has reached EGP24 billion (US$ 31.46 million) since its foundation till March 2015, Mohamed El Dahan- Chief Executive Officer- said on Monday.
El Dahan added that the sales volume has been achieved through number of firm’s projects such as Uptown Cairo, Mivida in addition to Marassi project.
Mortgage’s rate has captured 1% of firm’s total sales, El Dahan noted, stressing that activating mortgage sector in Egypt affects positively on sales volume of all real estate companies working in the Egyptian market.
About the concerns for reducing the standard of units carried out by Emaar Misr, he affirmed that the Egyptian market is large enough to encompass real estate firms, pointing out that demand volume in Egyptian real estate market has been increased.
Furthermore, El Dahan pointed out that Emaar Misr owns clients category varying between Egyptians, tourists benefiting from projects implemented by the firm, and Egyptians working abroad.
Moreover, Emaar Misr has a trend to maximize benefiting from Egyptians abroad within the upcoming period, the head elaborated.
